Hildegard of Bingen was a famous Medival Artist. The Medieval Times encompasses one of the most interesting periods in the history of art. Its subjects and content compare very well with the Medival game design of Dungeons and Dragons game designer, Monte Cook. His designs and mediums more than just similar to Hildegard of Bingen. Both involve roleplaying, defines the genre, and is fantasy orientated. It involves that players devote hours of their time. It contains heros, deadly monsters, and diverse settings. Players create heroic famtasy characters, mighty warriors, stealthy rogues, or powerful wizards, and they guide through adventures to defeat monsters and other challenges. It grows in power and achievement. The game offers many possibilities and a multitude of choices.

Although Hildegard of Bingen was a lot of things, she was not an artist. Hildegard didn’t even live in the same time period as Cook. They’re actually a little more than eight centuries apart. Cook wasn’t necessarily even one of the primary designers of D&D either. He is one of the three primary authors of the third edition of the game though. Despite the fact that you confused a famous linguist and composer for a game deigner, you did summarize Dungeons & Dragons fairly well.
